The Alba White Truffle is the most precious kind of truffles. It has an intense, overwhelming and still harmoniously balanced aroma: its scent consists of 120 volatile molecules, that can transform even the simplest recipes into real culinary works of art.
The Alba White Truffle is also incredibly rare. It only grows spontaneously in symbiosis with few specific plants and the signs of its presence can be spotted only by most expert “Trifolao” (Truffle Hunters) with the help of their well trained dogs.
A most engaging and memorable experience for your guests is to go truffle hunting with a real truffle hunter and his dog in the woods: a fascinating way to learn the tricks and secrets (but not all of them!) of this ancient art and enjoy the deep bond between the dog and his master.
